When we first started looking at homes 8 years ago, we met Tim Stevens at one of his homes under construction. When our home in CT finally sold after 5 years, we immediately thought of him as our builder.

If you dream it, Tim Stevens can build it! He has built two homes for my husband and I. We couldn't be happier with the quality in both homes and the timeline he built them in. Anything you want, he can make it happen! He is very flexible and can build anything your heart desires in your dream home. We showed him pictures, a variety of floor plans and he changed them to fit our needs. We showed him things we wanted and he made it happen. He is great to work with! We are extremely glad we went with him, he is now a lifetime friend and he and his family feel like a part of ours.

When we were looking for a contractor to help with the renovation of our building to house The Barry Joyce Cancer Resource Center, we weren’t sure where to start. Tim came in, listened to our ideas, added his expertise, and was happy to be a part of what we were doing. Throughout the project, he was easy to work with, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I had to leave the country for three weeks and was pretty nervous about leaving the project for that amount of time. When I returned, not only had Tim gotten done what we discussed, he had made even more progress than expected.
